Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
Item upgrade is a process that lets players increase the stats of armor, weapons, and trinkets. It also provides unique effects and procs.
Most upgrades increase stats linearly, for example a level 20 Muscle Band would give +1 attack and +.5% attack speed. The system has a risk of failing, and will consume all upgrade materials.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a type of upgrade component that can be placed in gathering tools to give bonuses or improves. They can be purchased in the marketplace or dropped from dungeons or Helltides. Each glyph is assigned a radius that players can use them to increase nodes within that radius. Resource provide additional rewards in addition to boosting nodes. These rewards could include XP, units, or resources.
Players should take a careful look at the various options before deciding on a glyph. For example the glyph of Nilrend has a high chance of negating an order marker from an opponent's army card, giving the player an advantage in the initial game. However, the effect of this glyph diminishes as more units are added onto the board and the chances of getting a unit eliminated decreases.
Other glyphs may directly impact map control. The glyph of Valda, for example, increases the distance of ranged units by 1. This is a significant increase for many units struggling with slow movement rates (such the Marro Stinger Line or 4th Massachusetts). This glyph is also beneficial for melee units who would otherwise struggle to get into position to cause harm.
Certain glyphs, such as the Discretionary Ligatures glyph, are designed to enhance the visual appearance of fonts and may include additional characters that are not part of the standard set. This is done to make fonts appear more realistic, or to add more embellishments.
Players can create their own Glyph Set by selecting the glyphs they want to include from the list of glyphs in the Glyphs panel and choosing to add them to the Glyph Set in the Glyphs panel menu. After adding a custom Glyph Set players can access it by clicking View Glyph Set from the Glyphs Panel menu and then selecting the name of that glyph Set.
Growthstones
These items are similar to berries, in that they will always increase your attributes. However, unlike the berries, they don't increase your HP. Growth Stones are obtained through completing certain events in the game, or by combining two of them in the Nitro Cube. They can also be obtained as an incentive during the Ancient Arena Season.
You can apply them to your armor or weapon using the equipment Enchanting option. You can also make them in major towns by visiting NPCs in various towns with the right recipe. Growth Materials are available in various types and can be used to accomplish various objectives. For instance, Weapon Growth Stones are used to improve weapons and Armor Growth Stones are used to improve armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to improve your passive or active abilities.
These stones resonate with certain human qualities inside you, making them stronger. They don't make you a better or different person, but they provide you with an extra push to confront the aspects of your personality you wish to change. It is your responsibility to make real changes within yourself. This means changing your attitude towards the thing you wish to change. This is the key to understanding the difference between external and internal growth. Lapis-lazuli, for instance is a powerful stone that increases the quality of self-awareness and truth while moss agate enhances abundance and success.
Item Enhancers
Item Enhancers are the method players can upgrade held Items to provide a passive stat boost or other effect that players can transfer to their Pokemon during games. These items are extremely beneficial to help players advance through the ranks of ranking play. This is especially relevant for players with high levels. The cost of upgrading these equipments is a major obstacle to advancement.
The player can get Item Enhancers in a variety of ways, including the free rewards for increasing their Trainer's level, missions and challenges, or even from the Energy Reward Machine. The premium-paid version of the game gives a higher amount of Item Enhancers as rewards, however, many players will have to grind for these items.
Pokemon Unite has recently introduced an entirely new type of item called Super Item Enhancers. These powerful items allow a player to upgrade one of their Held Items to Level 30. These rare and expensive items, however, are not available in all cases. They must be carefully selected to ensure that the player is able to select the item that is most suitable to their game.
While Item Enhancers are available in the Aeos Emporium shop for 10 Aeos Tickets each, they are mainly obtainable through the various events that Pokemon Unite runs from time to time. These special in-game events can dole out Item Enhancers to mark an achievement or be offered as part of an event that has the duration of a specific time.
The majority of items boost their stats in a linear way as they are upgraded however, the final stats of a Held Item could be more than twice the initial value after it has maxed out. For instance, a muscle Band's defense and attack stats increase by +1 each time it is upgraded to level 2. And by the time it reaches 20 it has a +15 attack and +7.5% speed.
The price of these Item Enhancers is expensive however they are essential for anyone who wants to get the most out of their experience in Pokemon Unite. It is a major pain to get all of the Held Items upgraded to the highest level, but those who are patient and committed will eventually succeed.
